This is why I wonder why people keep going with iPhone. When will people realize they're not worth the money? I'm not at all saying they're not good phones -- they are, they're definitely a feat in technological advancement, and they shocked the word when they came out, but now they're just out for your money. They took away the headphone jack and heavily advertised Airpods to get more profit. Now, granted, Samsung followed suit, partially because they saw the money it made and because they wanted to stay in the competition with Apple, but at least they still offer brand new phones with headphone jacks. Also Apple doesn't have as wide a variety nor does it have the compatibility with other things that Androids have, such as Google compatibility, universal charging ports, and a play store that has an insanely wife variety of games and apps. You'd think that you'd get more of a choice when buying a more expensive product, and while you get a good phone, camera and OS, you're limited to certain things. Because iPhones have become so popular and so many people own them, it's easier to have compatibility with others, but there's still limits unless the majority of those who own cell phones were to have iPhones, and I think that's what Apple is going for, helping them to gain even more profit. Samsung, LG and other Androids tend to be honestly priced and very well made, and it makes sense as they are Asian companies and they tend to be good at making honest reliable electronics and aren't in it for the money, whereas Apple is an American company and seems to be in it largely for the money, and that's becoming evident as the years go on and Apple locks their customers in tighter and tighter through ditching the headphone jack and releasing a somewhat disappointing phone contrast to what was expected, especially at that price point. Please keep in mind, this is just my opinion and I'm no expert or anything, and I may be biased. I just think Apple has fantastic products, however you can get products that are just as good for a little cheaper that have a range of different options.
